Tech Support / QA Customer Experience Manager

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the primary contact for reported technical issues with our Application. You will replicate the error, ensure routing to proper developer, and communicate with the customer the status of the error. You will be the link between customers, customer service, product, and technology.
  • Documenting application functions.
  • Working with customers to answer questions about the Application functionality including: day-to-day usage, API usage, and CRM Integrations.
  • Assist in QA Testing of the Application.

 

Candidates should have strong problem solving abilities and be very process and detailed oriented. Excellent English oral and written communication skills are also required.

 

Required Skills:

  • Outward facing customer service experience.
  • Technical support: familiarity with technical systems and troubleshooting. Ability to document and reproduce errors.
  • API knowledge: ability to execute API calls and to design and execute test cases
  • End-to-end testing: ability to use a customer environment to analyze full application functionality
  • QA: ability to execute QA scripts and checklists
  • Experience with an agile / scrum development environment

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales CRMs

Director of Channel Development

Responsibilities include:

  • Hunt for new Channel Partners for Synthio, including B2B Agency, Managed Service Providers, Application Service Providers, and OEM business intelligence platforms.
  • Drive new incremental ACV channel revenue through existing Agency, MSP, and ASP partners.

Technical Business Analyst

Synthio is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-paced development team focused on key operational aspects of our flagship SaaS platform. The Business Analyst is an essential member of a cutting edge agile team that develops cross cutting functionality across our entire product suite. You will work together with some of the most highly skilled software professionals in the business, creating incredibly high quality experiences for our internal and external customers.

The Business Analyst facilitates collaboration across the Development team and stakeholders. This role is responsible for creating detailed product requirements to continuously deliver small increments of production-ready software.
