The data health analysis will break your emails down by risk giving you insight into which of your emails are good, bad and medium risk. For the ones that are good, the DHA will mark as a success. For the ones that are medium risk, the DHA will mark them as an Accept All which means the domain (@ABC) was verified, but the naming convention (John.Doe@) was not. Last, for the ones that are high risk, the DHA will mark them as failed.
Day 6: High-Risk Emails
On the sixth day of DHA, Synthio gave to me…A list of high-risk emails in your contact database that could be hurting your sender score
The data health analysis will take your email risk one step further and show you which of your emails are blacklisted and which of your emails failed. Blacklisted emails can be detrimental to your sender scores and deliverability. For the ones that fail, the DHA will tell you which percentage of those failed emails we can give you an updated email for.
Day 7: Contact Validation
On the seventh day of DHA, Synthio gave to me…Contact Validation
The data health analysis on your B2B marketing contact database can help you identify which of your contacts are current and which are outdated. For the ones that are outdated, our DHA will give you updated information for them so you can continue to market to them.

The data health analysis can help you identify contacts within your target accounts by looking at your targeted companies and titles. After identifying your ideal buyer, we can take those titles that were showing up most often and a list of your targeted companies and give you the contacts that match those titles at those companies to help expand your contacts.
